At the first academic staff meeting of the year, Laura Wuttke, Simon Telgheder, and David Brinkhaus presented their research at the Department of Human Resource Development & Change Management. They introduced a questionnaire on Leadership 4.0 as well as the NEO Five-Factor Inventory (NEO-FFI), a tool developed by Costa and McCrae to assess key personality dimensions. Following this, the presented instruments were discussed together in the context of leadership and self-reflection.

The meetings are held quarterly and are open to all academic staff members at the zhb. They are designed to facilitate cross-departmental exchange, networking, and the discussion of current topics and projects.

Viktoria Jäger and Marcel Schade welcome suggestions for topics for future meetings.
