The end-of-semester concert by the student orchestra, conducted by Holger Ellwanger, and the Dortmund University Choir, conducted by Heinke Kirzinger, at the Konzerthaus Dortmund was a great success.

With Dan Forrest's work Creation, the musicians thrilled the audience with an impressive variety of sounds and emotional depth. Soloists Rinnat Moriah (soprano) and Zachary Wilson (baritone) shone in their roles and contributed significantly to the special atmosphere of the evening. After the last note, no one remained seated — the audience celebrated the choir, orchestra, and soloists with a long standing ovation.
